Today and on Sunday, spectators will be able to enjoy in two races, here in Pokljuka. On Saturday, biathletes will first compete in single mixed relay (start at 13:15), and then later on, mixed relay race will follow (start at 15:00).
In this season, before Pokljuka, these races were scheduled only for the season opening in Sweden. In November, the home heroes Hanna Öberg and Sebastian Samuelsson emerged victorious, and among teams in mixed relay, the win went to Italians Lisa Vittozzi, Dorothea Wierer, Lukas Hofer and Dominik Windisch.
Slovenians Nika Vindišar and Miha Dovžan finished 19th among 26 single mixed relays. Polona Klemenčič, Nika Zadravec, Alex Cisar and Rok Tršan represented Slovenia in mixed relay and finished close to the bottom in 22nd place.
