SPECIAL TICKETS

Children Tickets

Children aged up to and including 12 years (born in 2011 and younger) have free entry for course and grandstand area. However, they need a ticket, which will be given to them free of charge at the stadium entrance in Pokljuka with an access to the same area (course or grandstand) as their accompanying person (the child’s identity card is required).

Special conditions apply for VIP area. Children aged up to 6 years (born in 2018 and younger) have free admission to the VIP area; however, there is no reserved seat provided. The ticket will be given to them free of charge at Info Center Bled with an access to the same area (VIP) as their accompanying person (the child’s identity card is required).

Group Tickets

With an order of at least 21 tickets (same day and same category – course, grandstand and/or VIP) every 21st ticket will be special OC Pokljuka invitation, that counts as a ticket. The group discount request should be sent directly to the Organizing Committee Pokljuka (tickets@biathlon-poljuka.com).

The regular price will be charged for all tickets purchased in the online tickets shop.

IBU registered Fan Clubs

IBU registered Fan Clubs receive for every 10 tickets ordered (same day and same category – course, grandstand and/or VIP) one special OC Pokljuka invitation, that counts as a ticket. The request with the proof of the IBU registration should be sent directly to the Organizing Committee Pokljuka (tickets@biathlon-poljuka.com).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prices are stated per person and day. There will be a limited number of tickets available. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction is 8.

All tickets include free shuttle transport from Bled to Pokljuka and back. Discounts are mutually exclusive.

VAT is included in the ticket price. Organizer reserves the right to change the prices od tickets in case of changes in the rate of VAT.

Multi-day tickets are personal and not transferable to other persons.

GENERAL TICKET is valid on all competition days (5. – 8. 1. 2023).

VIP ticket includes reserved seat.

GRANDSTAND ticket allows access to the course area.

COURSE ticket is valid only on course area.

Seating area for grandstand only available in multi day tickets (general).

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. In case of cancellation of the event, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the tickets price. Please refer to the refunds section for details.

Claiming refunds in case of ban, cancellation or postponement of the event – refund of purchase prices

In the event of a ban, cancellation or postponement of the event, the organizer will refund the purchase price in full, unless otherwise stated.

Minimal or justified changes in the implementation of the program are reserved. In the event of cancellation, change of event date or change in program, the additional costs that the consumer may incur (eg travel costs, hotel, point of sale costs, delivery costs, payment costs) will not be reimbursed.

In case of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event may also be cancelled at short notice or the event may only be held without spectators or with a limited number of spectators. In all the cases, the organiser withdraws from the contract and buyer receives a refund of the ticket price. Refunds will only be made at the request of the buyer. In the event of a competition taking place with a limited number of spectators, tickets will be reallocated in the number permitted by the authorities according to the chronological purchase date received.
