New at the BMW IBU Pokljuka World Cup will be an even more enriched entertainment and fan programme.

The opening days of 2023 will be marked by the BMW IBU Biathlon World Cup in Pokljuka. In addition to the competition fever on the cross-country courses and the shooting range at Rudno Polje, a varied accompanying program from 4 to 8 January will also ensure a good atmosphere and well-being of the visitors. The biggest change is the new location of the traditional fan tent. The central relaxation area for visitors will now be located in the upper car park in the immediate vicinity of the Triglav Pokljuka Sports Centre. Due to the great interest of the fans in the music and cultural program in the past years, another fan tent will be available behind the main stands at this year’s edition of the World Cup in the heart of TNP.

In addition to the varied culinary offer, fans will also enjoy the rhythms of music, with well-known Slovenian bands providing an even better experience. On Thursday, 5 January, members of the band BQL will take the stage. On Friday, 7 January, the rhythms of the Veseli Begunjčanis will be played. And for the perfect ending, the Čuki will sing on the Family Day in Pokljuka, Sunday 8 January.

Visitors are advised to be aware of the changed traffic regime on the day of arrival and to arrive at the venue in good time. Organised transport will be provided for day visitors, colleagues, media representatives, invited guests and all visitors staying in the Bled and Bohinj area. You can also take the train to the World Cup games.
