WAX- AND CHANGING ROOM CABINS BOOKING FORM
Dear Team Members,
OC Pokljuka will ensure a necessary number of wax and changing room cabins for the participating NFs in IBU Para Biathlon World Championships 2025 Pokljuka in accordance with the IBU Rules – 3.6.
Each NF with a total number of competitors entered to start (men’s and women’s classes) of four to nine must have its own wax cabin and dressing room, whilst NFs with a total of ten or more competitors entered to start must be given two wax cabins or one very large cabin and two dressing rooms. Smaller teams with 1-3 athletes should share one wax cabin and one dressing room cabin. Teams will be given the option to have wheelchair accessible dressing rooms upon requests.
OC will invoice NF teams 500 € / wax cabin and 500 € / dressing room cabin/IBU event.
If a team requests more cabins, the price is 1 000 € / cabin.
The deadline to book a cabin is 17 January 2025.
The cabins will be equipped with locking doors, and teams can collect the corresponding keys at the competition office at the stadium. A deposit of €50 per key will be required from each team, which will be refunded if the cabin is returned in its original condition.
Submission of the booking form is considered as an order.
