General ticket sales have opened for the LaVita IBU Biathlon World Cup 2026/27 in Pokljuka, taking place on 2–3 January 2027. Fans can now secure a two-day ticket package covering both Saturday and Sunday.
World-class biathlon is returning to Pokljuka – this time at a very special time in the season. For the first time, a World Cup will take place in the New Year period of the IBU calendar and host will be Pokljuka, bringing the world’s best biathletes to Slovenia right at the start of 2027.
The January date promises Pokljuka in its true winter setting, providing the perfect backdrop for two days of top-level sport. Fans can look forward to thrilling battles on the course, decisive moments at the shooting range and the unmistakable atmosphere that has become an essential part of World Cup racing in Pokljuka.
Dynamics, speed, precision and a little bit of luck – a combination that keeps every biathlon race unpredictable right up to the final shot and the final metres to the finish line.
