On the last day of this year’s competition in Pokljuka, the best 30 biathletes in both categories (men and women) will start at the mass start competition. The top 25 ranked in the current World Cup total score have the right to perform and then the other five contesters were set based on the results from the previous races at Pokljuka plateau. If a competitor is lapped in the competition, he/she ends the race at that point, because he/she must withdraw immediately.
Men will start at 15 km at 12:15, while women’s mass start race, in the length of 12.5 km, starts at 15:00. The latter will be the last world cup competition in Pokljuka before the World Championships in February next year.
